A Regional Ceramics Exhibition and Sale

Fired Works is the largest exhibit of functional and sculptural pottery in Georgia. The 9-day event is held in Macon's Central City Park each April featuring special events, workshops and more.

Welcome from Fired Works

The 9th Annual Fired Works Regional Ceramics Exhibition and Sale will be held April 26-May 4, 2014 in Macon's Central City Park. The exhibit and sale features more than 6,000 pieces of pottery by 70 artists from Georgia and the Southeast. Fired Works began as a local pottery show and has grown to become the largest exhibit of functional and sculptural pottery in the state of Georgia.

In 2014, we are partnering with the Ocmulgee National Monument to host featured artist Tammy Beane, who recreates prehistoric and early historic Native American Pottery. Beane will offer demonstrations and participate in a new Fired Works event called "Ancient Secrets and Spirits" hosted at the Ocmulgee National Monument.

The nine-day exhibit and sale also includes special events such as Clay Workshops for Children & Teens, Cocktails and Clay for adults, Pickin' and Pottery, artist talks, demonstrations, and more. A Special Preview Party will be held Friday, April 25 with live music, food, and an exclusive chance to purchase work before the exhibit opens to the general public. Get your tickets now for Georgia's largest exhibit of its kind!
